By clicking the Buy Now button on our website to place your deposit down with Johnson's Labrador Retrievers, you the buyer understand fully and agree to our deposit policy:

• You the (Buyer) understand that by placing your deposit that it is a non-refundable deposit. Meaning that at no time, under any circumstances will a deposit be refunded.
  
  
• You the (Buyer) understand that by placing your deposit on an upcoming litter there is no guarantee that the mom (Female Dog) will take from mating and become pregnant. Dogs are only pregnant for 58 to 68 days. Meaning they do not even show signs of being pregnant till the last 30 days.
  
  
• You the (Buyer) understand that by placing your deposit, if the mom (Female Dog) does not take from the mating as in become pregnant, or has a miscarriage we can then transfer your deposit to another upcoming litter of your choice for what is available at that time. Meaning you cannot go in front of another customer on another upcoming litter or current litter.
  
  
• You the (Buyer) understand that by placing your deposit for a puppy / dog that if there is not enough puppies in that said litter we would then transfer you over to another upcoming litter of your choice for what is available at that time. Meaning you cannot go in front of another customer on another upcoming or current litter. You can only be placed on another upcoming litter for what is available at that time.
  
  
• You the (Buyer) understand that by placing your deposit for a puppy / dog that all due dates are not set in stone and are a best guess based on when the mom (Female Dog) went into heat and was mated with or her last heat was.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke any sale at any time to anyone we do not believe would be in the best interest of our puppies / dogs.
  
  
• If any legal actions are necessary, the litigation must be in jurisdiction of Linden, Perry County in the United States of Tennessee. Should it be necessary for the (SELER) to take legal action to defend himself or otherwise enforce the provisions of this deposit policy the (BUYER) agrees to pay all (SELLERS) court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
